Jackson Family Wines Releases a Cookbook

(Santa Rosa, CA) Jackson Family Wines is affectionately a California wine experience.  Well, a California U.S.A. wine maker, to be more exact about the previously said.  Irregardless of which and when it comes to making wine, Jackson Family Wines also has a global reach.  This global reach is best characterized by wineries in the Country of Australia, and, the Country of France.  For the United States of America, Jackson Family Wines owns and makes the following wines; Cardinale, Freemark Abbey, Mt. Brave, Kendall-Jackson, Arrowood, Maggy Hawk and Carmel Road.  The previously stated, was just a small list.  The actual list is much longer.  Recently, Jackson Family Wines announced that, it has released a cookbook.  The cookbook is entitled, Season:  A Year of Wine Country Food, Farming, Family and Friends.  Additionally, Season:  A Year of Wine Country Food, Farming, Family and Friends; is the first cookbook from Jackson Family Wines.  Interestingly, for this effort, a culinary team was assembled.

          Jackson Family Wines’ assembled culinary team, is made up of, the following five people.  These five people are then classified as two chefs, one master culinary gardener, one pastry chef and one master sommelier.  The two chefs are; Justin Wangler, and, Tracey Shepos Cenami.  The master culinary gardener is, Tucker Taylor.  The pastry chef is, Robert “Buttercup” Nieto.  Finally, the master sommelier is, Michael Jordan.  Interestingly, Justin Wangler and Tracey Shepos Cenami received the special recognition; co-authors.

          For Season:  A Year of Wine Country Food, Farming, Family and Friends; the Jackson Family Wines’ culinary team attempted to do the following three things.  To start, the idea of the effort was to celebrate a farm to table lifestyle.  For this notion, the culinary team produced 100 recipes.  Second, the culinary team considered all of the wineries that, make up Jackson Family Wines.  For this notion, they all relied on their expertise.  Additionally; they wanted to handcraft recipes that, also paired well with all of the lines of wine, of Jackson Family Wines.  Third, the culinary team wanted recipes that, went with the seasons of the year.  For example, recipes that compliment a spring time party in the garden.  Additionally; recipes that compliment a care free, and, stress free summer.  Furthermore; recipes that honor the autumn harvest, and, the impending winter. 

          To end, Season:  A Year of Wine Country Food, Farming, Family and Friends has already been recognized with awards.  The organizations I.A.C.P., and, N.C.I.B.A. have individually and respectively honored this cookbook.  I.A.C.P. is the acronym for the International Association of Culinary Professionals.  Meanwhile, N.C.I.B.A. is the acronym for the Northern California Independent Booksellers Association.  From I.A.C.P., this cookbook received the awards; Book of the Year, and, Chefs & Restaurants.  From N.C.I.B.A., this cookbook received the Golden Poppy Book Award, for the cooking category.  To purchase a copy of this cookbook, please use the following link, www.seasoncookbook.com.  Jackson Family Wines did release press statements.  Justin Wangler is the Co-Author of the aforementioned cookbook.  Through a press statement, Mr. Wangler said the following.  We set out to make a beautiful, user-friendly book that would give people a taste of the way we think about wine country living.  We’ve been delighted with the response to Season, and this award is a wonderful recognition of the hard work and care our team put into it.”  Tracey Shepos Cenami is the Co-Author of the aforementioned cookbook.  Through a press statement, Ms./Mrs. Shepos Cenami said the following.  “We were honored to be nominated alongside chefs and writers we respect so much, and it means the world to us to be acknowledged by leading professional organizations like IACP and NCIBA.”  As previously stated, Jackson Family Wines recently announced that, it has released a cookbook.  The cookbook is entitled, Season:  A Year of Wine Country Food, Farming, Family and Friends.  Additionally, Season:  A Year of Wine Country Food, Farming, Family and Friends; is the first cookbook from Jackson Family Wines.  Lastly, for this effort a culinary team was assembled.
