The contractors were, Level 3 Construction. Additionally, the actual hotel management is done by the Marquis Hotel Group. The vision of the previously noted parties; is a California inspired colorful, and, calm energy idea. To start; there are 58 hotel guestrooms that, are surrounded by lush, and, expansive public spaces. The hotel guestrooms are accentuated by geometric vibrant hues, along with, middle century modern furniture. Additionally, there is also local artwork and décor that is displayed.
