This particular hotel, Ventura Beach Marriott, does check-in at 3:00 pm. Additionally, check-out is at 12:00 pm. This hotel; is also considered to be the type of hotel that has internet for a fee, self-parking for $16 a day, valet parking for $18 a day and has a $75 dollar non-refundable pet fee. Level 3 Design Group is based out of, the City of Los Angeles. Additionally; and for the renovation of the Ventura Beach Marriott, it wanted to incorporate the City of Ventura, into the design concept. The City of Ventura, California U.S.A., is commonly referred to as the city of good fortune. As a tourist destination, it is secretly beloved for its incredible views, of the Pacific Ocean. To start the construction renovation project, the designer from Level 3 took inventory of the hotel building. For example; 4 floors, 286 hotel guestrooms, 14 suites, 6 meeting rooms and 11,132 ft² of meeting space were calculated as inventory. The city and the details of the hotel building were successfully combined, to be able to, create the end result. The end result, is also, a very masculine interpretation, through, unconventional colors. Eduardo Renteria is a Senior Interior Designer at Level 3 Design Group. Through a press statement, Mr. Renteria said the following. “I wanted to make sure that the rich topography and culture of Ventura Beach was incorporated into the design. I used greys, blues, yellows and hints of purple to capture the casual, surf town vibe and feel of Ventura Beach.” Eduardo Renteria also said. “The hotel has 49 different room types, so each one was a unique discovery. Every detail from the carpet to the custom beach artwork chosen was inspired by the calming Mediterranean climate and the hazy, coastal texture that Ventura Beach offers.”
To end and as previously stated, the Ventura Beach Marriott has been renovated. This construction renovation project was completed by, Level 3 Design Group. Interestingly, Level 3 Design Group did reveal that, it is a multi-million dollar construction renovation project. However and regrettably, it did not reveal the exact amount.
