Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Inc. is Ready for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

In fact, on its opening weekend the aforementioned feature film made $220,009,584 USD. The opening weekend was December 17^th, 2017, and, it is listed as a wide release. For the U.S.A., the gross profits that are reported are, $620,181,382 USD. Recently, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Inc. announced that, it is ready for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Ready as in, it is going to open Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. The latter, is a specially designated area of land, for each of the two major U.S.A. Disney theme parks. These two Disney theme parks are; Disneyland Park in California, and, Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Overall and for Disneyland Park the opening date is May 31^st, 2019, and, for Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort the opening date is August 29^th, 2019.

On May 31^st, 2019 and on August 29^th, 2019 the specially designated areas of land, will be comprised of 14 acres for each theme park. The individual 14 acres, are intended to be an in-depth immersive experience that, is also, an experiment in storytelling. These 14 acres of land, have been designed to be the most technologically advanced. For Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Inc. this will mark the largest single themed expansion, in the history of its two theme parks. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge also builds upon decades of collaborative projects between Walt Disney Imagineering, and, Lucasfilm, Ltd. Interestingly, the first collaborative project between the aforementioned parties, was in the year 1987. The project was for the opening of the theme park attraction, Star Tours. Star Tours was officially opened at Disneyland Park in the State of California, U.S.A.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, officially, will be opened in two phases. The dates of May 31^st, 2019 and August 29^th, 2019 are for phase one. For phase one of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the Planet Batuu opens to the public. In fact, it is considered to be the opening of a complete transportation, to a remote planet. Once the theme park’s guest, has been transported, he or she will experience the following. Unique sights, sounds, smells and tastes are all of the experiences of the Planet Batuu. There will also be merchant shops, which will sell all of the relevant, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge merchandise. Phase one, will also feature the theme park attraction, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. The dates for phase two, were not revealed during the announcement. However, phase two will be highlighted by the opening of the theme park attraction, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. As of today; Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is being praised for being the most ambitious, immersive and advanced theme park attraction that has ever been imagined. In Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, the theme park’s guests will be placed in the middle of a climactic battle. This battle is between the First Order, and, the Resistance. Specifically for the battle, the attraction has been designed to blur the lines between what is reality, and, what is fantasy.

To end, the Planet Batuu under the mystique of the Star Wars Universe, is a far distanced planet along the galaxy’s outer rim. Additionally, it is classified as being on the frontier of Wild Space. The concept of Wild Space, includes the categorization of an uncharted region, which is well beyond the known solar and star system. The Planet Batuu is the home, to the Black Spire Outpost. The aforementioned is an infamous port for smugglers, traders and adventurers; all of whom, are trying to avoid the authoritative sights of the First Order. As previously stated, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Inc. recently announced that, it is ready for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Ready means that, it is going to open Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
