Level 3 Design Group, Inc. Wins the Design Contract for a Future Hilton Double Branded Hotel

(Chula Vista, CA) Level 3 Design Group, Inc. is based out of the Los Angeles, California U.S.A., area. Additionally, it is well known and recognized for being, a top tier interior design firm. For the hotel or hospitality sector of the economy; the aforementioned interior design firm, is recognized for its furniture fixtures and equipment projects (FF&E). The projects include complete renovations, and/or, interior decoration projects. Recently, Level 3 Design Group, Inc. revealed that, it has won the design contract for a future Hilton double branded hotel. The hospitality lines that will make up this double branded Hilton hotel are; Hampton Inn, and, Homewood Suites. The location will be Chula Vista, San Diego County, California U.S.A. This double branded Hilton hotel, will open to the general public, in July of the year 2019.

In July 2019, Hilton will officially unveil to the general public two hotels that, share the same lobby and public space. From this point and however, each hospitality line will be represented in its own way. This means that both the Hampton Inn, and, Homewood Suites lines; will put forward to potential hotel guests, their own brand of hotel accommodations. For example, the Hampton Inn will still feature its amenity staple of, a free breakfast. Meanwhile, the Homewood Suites will still feature its hospitality line staple of, a kitchenette with separate living and sleeping areas.

This particular hotel, Hampton Inn Chula Vista Eastlake, will do check-in at 3:00 pm. Additionally, check-out will be at 12:00 pm. This hotel is currently under construction, and, it is expected to open in July of the year 2019. Once it is opened, this hotel will be best characterized by the following five features or amenities. First, it will be located across the street from the Eastlake Country Club. Second, it will be 20 minutes distance from the San Diego International Airport. Third; this hotel’s guestrooms will each have a microwave, coffee maker and a mini refrigerator. Fourth, it will have an outdoor seasonal swimming pool and whirlpool. First; this hotel’s guestrooms will have a studio, one bedroom and two bedroom suites. Second and last, the suites will have a fully equipped kitchen with a separate living area. Through a press statement, Ms./Mrs. Clarke said the following. “Chula Vista is known for its beautiful views and oceanside location, so I really focused on visual appeal from the guest’s perspective. I took advantage of the space by choosing a non-traditional beach theme using soft water colors and earthy hues to give it a light airy feel that also provides an indulgent, relaxing, and dynamic social atmosphere.” Lindsay Clarke also said. “This was a large-scale custom design, so it gave me a great opportunity to think outside of the box and interact with the space in a way that allowed different creative elements to flow. I was able to reimagine certain aspects outside of traditional brand standards while still making sure that all of the hotel requirements were met.” As previously stated, the aforementioned interior design firm recently revealed that, it has won the design contract for a future Hilton double branded hotel.
