Katie Martin Kelley arrives at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc., and, starts the job title position Chief Communications Officer; with almost 12 years of experience. These 12 years of experience, were obtained at Paramount Pictures. Through her job role, at Paramount Pictures, Katie Martin Kelley oversaw the corporate communications. The corporate communications included; overseeing the domestic theatrical publicity, and, reporting to the C.E.O. of Paramount Pictures. The aforementioned person, is Brad Grey. Through this role, Katie Martin Kelley helped to ensure that the studio’s communications objectives, were being met. Under the tasks and duties of domestic theatrical publicity, she worked on the theatrical publicity for specific feature films. The feature films, Katie Martin Kelley has done theatrical publicity for are; Transformers, Star Trek, Paranormal Activity, Mission: Impossible, Jackass, Jack Reacher, Daddy’s Home, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and G.I. Joe. Most recently, she has worked as a publicity consultant. Specifically, Plan B Entertainment and Higher Ground Productions, hired Katie Martin Kelley as a publicity consultant. The feature films, she consulted for are; Beautiful Boy (2018), If Beale Street Could Talk (2018) and Vice (2018).
As the new Chief Communications Officer; Katie Martin Kelley, will do the following at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc. She will be working closely with the other executive leaders, to be able to, develop and execute strategic communications programs. These programs are for all of MGM’s business divisions. The latter also includes corporate offices, corporate operations, feature films, television, global sales, global distribution, digital media and social media. For everything that was just previously stated, she will report directly to Christopher Brearton. Christopher Brearton is the Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Katie Martin Kelley will be required to work in partnership with Nancy Tellem, Mark Burnett and Jonathan Glickman. Nancy Tellem is the Executive Director of MGM’s Worldwide Television Group. Mark Burnett is the Chairman of MGM’s Worldwide Television Group. Finally, Jonathan Glickman is the President of the MGM Motion Picture Group of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc.
