Epson America, Inc. Launches Two Home Cinema Projectors

(Long Beach, CA) Epson America, Inc. is the regional headquarters of the Seiko Epson Corporation, from the Country of Japan.  The Country of Canada and the geographical region Latin America, are both serviced out of Epson America, Inc.  Additionally, its line of home cinema projectors, benefit from a good reputation.  This good reputation is centered on an installation flexibility that, is exceptional.  Post-installation, the color reproduction is extremely accurate.  In recent times; two Epson home cinema projectors, 5040UB and 5040UBE, have benefited the most from the good reputation.  The culmination of the good reputation, is a favorable and special status, amongst, other home cinema projectors.  Recently; Epson America, Inc. revealed that, the home cinema projectors 5040UB and 5040UBE, are officially predecessors.  The official successors are the home cinema projectors, 5050UB and 5050UBE.  Both projectors are 4K Pro U.H.D. projectors.

          The 4K Pro U.H.D. feature, of the Epson Home Cinema 5050UB and 5050UBE, leverage a complete 10-bit color output.  The effort is to create a complete and immersive 4K experience, for home theaters.  The Epson Home Cinema 5050UB and 5050UBE, are both highlighted by the following features.  The highlighted features are 2,600 lumens of color output, exceptional white brightness, a proprietary resolution processor, H.D.R. 10 compatibility and the Epson Ultra Black technology.  Interestingly, the Epson Home Cinema 5050UBE is wireless.  For the wireless feature, there is an included, Epson Wireless H.D. Transmitter.  The latter, has 4 built-in H.D.M.I. inputs.  Additionally, the Epson Wireless H.D. Transmitter, permits the transmission of 4K content at 30 frames per second. 

          Returning to, the features of the Epson Home Cinema 5050UB and 5050UBE, the previously said are defined by the following components.  These components are 4K Pro U.H.D. projection technology, true 3 chip projector design, pixel shift processor, H.D.R. processor, digital imaging processor, outstanding brightness, Epson Black Technology, precision H.D.R. adjustment, extreme color gamut, Epson precision lens technology, 3 axis motorized lens and H.D.M.I. 2.0 support.  The projection technology component, 4K Pro U.H.D., is a 4K home theater experience.  This experience, is also, a new type that utilizes advanced processing technologies.  These technologies permit resolution enhancement, color and image processing in the Epson Home Cinema 5050UB and 5050UBE.  The true 3 chip projector design component, is advanced 3 L.C.D. technology.  The advanced 3 L.C.D. technology, is able to deliver 100 percent of the R.G.B. color signal, for every frame.  An outstanding color gamut, is the result, of the previously stated.  The pixel shift processor component, is an advanced pixel shifting processor.  This advanced pixel shifting processor, accurately controls three individual high definition L.C.D. chips.  A sharp 4K image, is the result, of the previously stated.  The H.D.R. processor component, is a complete 10-bit H.D.R. color processor.  This 10-bit H.D.R. color processor, can receive 100 percent of the H.D.R. source information.  Reproduced H.D.R. content, is the result, of the previously stated.  The digital imaging processor component, is real time 12-bit analog to digital video processing.  This 12-bit analog to digital video processing; allows smooth tonal transitions, it eliminates banding, it eliminates blocking and it eliminates compression artifacts from the final image.  The outstanding brightness component, is capable of displaying 4K content at 2,600 lumens.  The previous, is for both color and white brightness.  The Epson Ultra Black Technology component, is created by a proprietary compensation filter.  The previous, is able to suppress light leakage within the signal.  The end result, is a dynamic contrast ratio of 1,000,000 to 1.  The precision H.D.R. adjustment component, is a real time H.D.R. curve adjustment.  The previous, allows for 16 steps of control that, can fine tune the H.D.R. performance.  The extreme color gamut component, is the ability to display, a complete three dimensional D.C.I.-P3 color space.  The previous, is 50 percent wider than conventional projectors.  The Epson precision lens technology component, is designed for zero light leakage.  This zero light leakage, is the result, of a proprietary 15 element precision glass structure.  The 3 axis motorized lens component, allows for rotational shift movements, in all four directions.  For the up and down rotational shift, it is 96 percent.  For the left and right rotational shift, it is 47 percent.  Finally, the H.D.M.I. 2.0 support component, is completely capable of supporting 4K H.D.R. content at 60 Hz.  The previously said; allows for compatibility with color formats, depths and spaces.
