Princess Cruises Announces the Return of the Tahiti Cruise Season

(Santa Clarita, CA) The last time, Princess Cruises, offered the Tahiti Cruise Season it was the year 2015.  Since the year 2015, Princess Cruises has done a lot of exciting things.  For example, between the year 2019 and 2025, the aforementioned leisure travel and sea cruise business will be receiving five new cruise ships.  Additionally, two of those five new cruise ships will be L.N.G. cruise ships.  Each new liquefied natural gas (L.N.G.) cruise ship will have a passenger, or, guest capacity of 4,300.  Recently, Princess Cruises announced another exciting thing.  Specifically, the exciting thing and the announcement is the return, of the Tahiti Cruise Season.  In the year 2020; the cruise ship, Pacific Princess, will homeport in Tahiti.  Additionally, the rest of the French Polynesian Islands, are included in the travel itineraries of the Tahiti Cruise Season.  Obviously, Tahiti is also part of French Polynesia.  Officially, the 2020 Tahiti Cruise Season went on sale on April 17th, 2019. 

          On April 17th, 2019; the 2020 Tahiti Cruise Season went on sale, additionally, the prices started at $1,999 USD.  The starting price of $1,999 dollars is, or was, intended to lure in passionate discovery minded travelers.  What awaits discovery, is a bundle of everlasting memories of treasures.  These treasures are of untouched and unspoiled sparkling lagoons, and, white sand beaches.  Overall, the 2020 Tahiti Cruise Season is made up of five, 10 day each cruises.  All of the cruises travel around the islands of French Polynesia, and, the island of Tahiti is the departure point.  Additionally, for all of the cruises an overnight stay, is included in Papeete and Bora Bora.  Papeete is Tahiti’s capital city.  A short overnight stay in Raiatea, is also included; incidentally.  The cruise ship, Pacific Princess, will be on duty for the duration of the 2020 Tahiti Cruise Season.  The latter, is comprised of the following, two sets of departure dates.  The first set of departure dates is October 5th, 15th and the 25th, 2020.  The second set of departure dates is November 4th and 14th, 2020.  Paul Sloan is the General Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Tahiti Tourisme.  Through a press statement, Mr. Sloan said the following.  “Princess Cruises has a long history with Tahiti and is a highly valued partner showcasing the diversity of our islands, the rich authentic local culture, and the great variety of experiences that await discovery.  We are eagerly looking forward to next year and welcoming Pacific Princess back to The Islands of Tahiti.”

          As part of the 2020 Tahiti Cruise Season, the cruise ship Pacific Princess, is also on duty for the following.  The Pacific Princess is on duty for four, Grand Adventure and Crossings Itineraries.  The latter, are longer sea voyages that, are planned around Pacific Princess’s 670 guest capacity.  Additionally; these sea voyages include the U.S.A.’s Hawaiian Islands, and, the South American Continent.  Overall, the four Grand Adventures and Crossings Itineraries are divided, into, two sets.  The first set; offers travelers their choice between either a 19 day sea voyage, or, a 29 day sea voyage.  This 19 to 29 day sea voyage, the Hawaii and Tahiti Grand Adventure Cruise; departs from Vancouver, Canada, on September 16th, 2020.  The second set; offers travelers their choice between either a 25 day sea voyage, or, a 35 day sea voyage.  This 25 to 35 day sea voyage is named; the Tahiti, South America and Panama Canal Crossing Cruise.  Additionally, the latter departs from Tahiti, on two separate dates.  The dates are November 14th, 2020, and, November 24th, 2020.
