Mediajel Secures $2.5 Million USD in a Funding Round

(Walnut Creek, CA) In the year 2017, Mediajel launched, as an agile advertising platform built specifically for the booming cannabis industry.  The launch included proprietary technology, and, data accumulation.  This agile advertising platform, is also, geared towards delivering results for the client.  In fact, the word edge can be used instead.  In other words Mediajel’s business client can successfully strengthen the backbone of its client base; all the while, increasing the business’s market share, and ultimately, possess an edge.  The latter and the former; can be done through Mediajel’s unique combination of proprietary technology, insightful analytics, intelligent targeting and its own in-house creative studio.  Recently, Mediajel announced that, it continues to be at the service of the cannabis industry.  Specifically, the aforementioned business revealed that, it has secured $2.5 million USD in a funding round.  In total, Mediajel has raised $3 million USD in funds.  As part of the announcement is the revelation that, Thomas Harrison, will be joining the board of directors.  The most noteworthy new investor of Mediajel is Merida Capital Partners.

          Merida Capital Partners, as the most noteworthy new investor of Mediajel, will be contributing funds for the following.  The funds will be used for the following two things.  The two things are the expansion of sales & marketing capabilities, and, the further development of the artificial intelligence capabilities.  The overall effort of the previous two things is, to be able to, reach key consumers in mainstream publications.  However and returning to, Thomas Harrison.  As previously said, Mr. Harrison will be joining Mediajel’s Board of Directors.  This revelation was made public, as part of the announcement.

          Continuing with, Merida Capital Partners, the aforementioned business is a private business equity firm.  The targeted sector of the economy, is the cannabis and hemp industry.  This business equity firm, likes to take pride in its motto; responsible investing across the cannabis ecosystem.  As a result; Merida Capital Partners focuses on the cultivation of technologies, products and services that are associated with the evolution of the cannabis and hemp industry.  Cannabis and hemp as agricultural products, plant based medicines, constituents in pharmaceutical formulations and as recreational consumer products is also part of the previously stated.
