Seed-X and Toma Tech Launch Pilot Program

(Rehovot, Israel) Seed-X takes pride in the fact that, as a business, it has vision.  The vision then becomes, an insight.  The insight then becomes, a seed that is maximized; seed by seed.  Seed-X, and currently, operates out of two headquarters offices.  The first is in Wilmington, Delaware U.S.A.  The second office is in the Country of Israel.  As an innovative business in the agricultural technology sector of the economy, it does the following with artificial intelligence.  First, it collects and captures data.  This data is then, processed through an internet cloud platform.  Second, it conducts data analysis of the collected data.  The data analysis is then sorted by capabilities, in order, to have predictive analytics.  Third, through this effort the largest phenotype/genotype database is collected.  Finally and fourth, the predictive analytics is used, in order, to maximize the crop yield.  Recently, Seed-X announced that, it has one more thing in which it can take pride in.  Specifically, the aforementioned agricultural technology business revealed that, it will participate in a pilot program.  The participation is with Toma Tech, and, the pilot program will be housed at a breeding site in the central part of Israel; Rehovot.  The objective is to use artificial intelligence, in order, to breed superior high quality hybrid tomatoes.
The breeding of superior high quality hybrid tomatoes, which will be a product of artificial intelligence and the pilot program, will be aided by a special machine.  The special artificial intelligence machine is named, GeNee Breeder.  However and returning to, Toma Tech.  The aforementioned business, uses the latest molecular technology, combined with, classical breeding techniques in order to have a superior tomato.  The goal is to always deliver ongoing innovative, productive and flavorful tomatoes to the customers.  Additionally, the goal is also to have all of the varieties of the tomatoes, tailored made.  Hybrid tomatoes, is also included, in the previously stated.  For this effort, Toma Tech; maintains an office in North America, Spain and the Netherlands.
Returning to, the pilot program, as previously said it will be housed at a breeding site in the central part of Israel.  The objective is to use artificial intelligence, in order, to breed superior high quality hybrid tomatoes.  Specifically, a study will be conducted for each seed population.  The study is intended to be used, in order, to have prediction accuracy for the different types of tomato traits.  GeNee Breeder, is a phenotype analysis system that, offers agricultural breeders reliable real-time classification.  The classification, is of wide ranged genetic traits of vegetable, or row, crop seeds and grains.  The aforementioned, is done through the analysis of seed images.  The idea of GeNee Breeder, is to leave proprietary breeding expertise and work processes, in the past.  The second idea of GeNee Breeder, is to make available genomic databases that, were once a high level secret and closed to the general public.
Dr. Favi Vidavski is the General Manager of Toma Tech.  Through a press statement, Dr. Vidavski said the following.  “By combining Seed-X advanced computer vision and AI technology with TomaTech’s innovative and superior quality hybrid tomato breeding program, we aim to accelerate time to market by significantly increasing the probability of desired traits when segregating population and improving prediction capability in the breeding process.”
To end, Seed-X did release a press statement.  Sarel Ashkenazy is the Chief Executive Officer of Seed-X.  Through a press statement, Mr. Ashkenazy said the following.  “We are excited to offer TomaTech a new way to achieve its breeding targets faster and more cost effectively by significantly shortening their breeding cycle time.  This is a key advantage of the GeNee Breeder system.”  As previously stated, the aforementioned agricultural technology business recently announced that, it has one more thing in which it can take pride in.  Specifically, Seed-X revealed that, it will participate in a pilot program.  The participation is with Toma Tech, and, the pilot program will be housed at a breeding site in the central part of Israel; Rehovot.  Lastly, the objective is to use artificial intelligence, in order, to breed superior high quality hybrid tomatoes.
