Globalgate Entertainment Expands into the Country of France

(Santa Monica, CA) In the Country of France, TF1 Studio, is a business division of the TF1 Group.  For the most part; TF1 Studio is geared towards the development, co-production and acquisition of new cinema projects.  The goal is distribution through a theatrical release, a video on demand release (V.O.D.), a home entertainment release and a subscription video on demand (S.V.O.D.) release.  The distribution side also includes a movie library of almost 1,000 movies.  In reference to France’s side of things, a large amount of those movies in the library are considered to be, classic masterpieces.  Five good examples are the following feature films; Rocco and His Brothers, That Man from Rio, Life is a Long Quiet River, The Piano and The Wages of Fear.  Recently, Globalgate Entertainment announced that, it too is familiar with TF1 Group’s TF1 Studio.  Specifically, the aforementioned business revealed that, it has an agreement with the TF1 Group.  Technically; the agreement is with TF1 Studio, and, it is to add it to its consortium of production and distribution partners.  Overall, this new addition brings the total amount of consortium partners to, 13.

          The 13 consortium partners, of Globalgate Entertainment, are aligned with the aforementioned business’s objectives and strategies.  The objectives and strategies do include; the development of local language movies and television series, and then, a round of financing and distribution.  However and returning to, Globalgate Entertainment, the aforementioned media company has offices in the following five locations.  The five locations are the City of Los Angeles, the City of New York City, London, Mumbai and Beijing.  Globalgate Entertainment, has access to more than 20,000 movie titles and television series.  As part of the day to day business operations with the worldwide consortium; Globalgate Entertainment, attempts to do a re-make of movies, and, television series.  The re-makes start as hand crafted, commercial intellectual property.  The partners of the consortium, contribute intellectual property, as well.  Additionally, third party rights holders also contribute to this process.  After this step; Globalgate Entertainment organizes a funding round, and then, it does distribution.  Current examples of the aforementioned include the following.  Instructions not Included; will be re-made for the Country of India, and, the Country of Korea.  Originally, Instructions not Included, is Pantelion and Televisa’s commercial intellectual property.  Ya Veremos, will be re-made for the Country of Italy.  Originally, Ya Veremos, is Pantelion and Televisa’s commercial intellectual property.  Rolling to You; will be re-made for the Country of China, and, the Country of India.  Originally, Rolling to You, is Gaumont’s commercial intellectual property.  Terror Live; will be re-made for the Country of Japan, and, the Country of India.  Terror Live, is Gaumont’s commercial intellectual property.

          Globalgate Entertainment’s worldwide consortium of production and distribution partners is; Lionsgate (U.S.A., UK and Canada), Televisa (Mexico), the TF1 Group (France), Nordisk (Scandinavia), Kadokawa (Japan), Lotte (Korea), Tobis (Germany), Rai (Italy), TME (Turkey), Belga Filmes (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg), Paris Filmes (Brazil), Cine Colombia/Dynamo (Colombia) and Viva Communications (Philippines).  In the United States of America, Globalgate Entertainment, is aligned and allied with, the Lions Gate Entertainment Corp.
