(Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) The reputable business consulting firm; GLLG, is recognized for its workforce development, and, business strategy solutions.  The positive recognition comes from the fact that, GLLG, focuses on enabling inclusive leadership.  Through the notion of inclusive leadership, GLLG, drives forward the client business’s evolution.  Additionally and coincidentally, the notion of inclusive leadership also includes the following idea.  The idea is that through inclusion; and the power of individuality high performance leaders, teams and cultures can be successfully developed.  Recently; Glenn Llopis announced that, he continues to believe that, leadership is a fundamental concept for business.  Specifically, the aforementioned author revealed that, he has released a non-fiction book.  The non-fiction book is entitled, Leadership in the Age of Personalization.  In, Leadership in the Age of Personalization, Mr. Llopis attempts to show how leaders can lead in the age of personalization.

Leading in the age of personalization, according to Mr. Llopis, is made possible by the following book publishing company.  The book publishing company, officially, is GLLG Press.  Additionally, Jim Eber is a contributor of, Leadership in the Age of Personalization.  However and returning to; GLLG, the aforementioned business consulting firm, was founded in the year 2007.  The impetus for the founding was a simple need.  The need was also a necessary requirement to change, how business is conducted.  Specifically; how business is conducted from a human capital perspective, along with, a business strategy perspective.  In order to accomplish this effort; GLLG doesn’t fall back on traditional, or, conventional approaches.  Instead; it believes that markets are always rapidly shifting, and, leadership is at the center of things.

Returning to, Leadership in the Age of Personalization, Glenn Llopis quickly starts things off by arguing something interesting.  The latter, is that the leaders of the business, are, the most common threat to the business.  In other words, due to bad leadership, the business does end up at a breaking point.  Escaping the breaking point, in turn, requires survival skills.  In order to have survival skills, the business needs to leave behind the ideas of standardization.  Therefore, business leaders do need to know, how to live in the age of personalization.  Obviously, Mr. Glenn Llopis’s non-fiction book, is centered on what was previously said; Leadership in the Age of Personalization.

Specifically; and in order to communicate his message Glenn Llopis uses research based scenarios, data-driven proof and storytelling.  The goal, is to show why outdated standards are failing in the age of personalization.  Additionally, the goal is also intended to be a call-out to business leaders.  The call-out’s message is escape standardization traps, and, lead through personalization.  The path that leads to the goal, is best described by the following five characterizations.  The first characterization, is turn compliant diversity initiatives into inclusion, as a growth strategy.  The second characterization; is stop promoting tribalism, and, start seeing employees as human.  The third characterization, is do shift the organization’s focus, from brand identity to individual identities.  The fourth characterization; is invigorate a shared mission, through, the elevation of contributions from individuals.  Finally the fifth characterization, is do loosen the grip on the concept, the tyranny of results.  The previous, is based on the idea of activating methods for leading, in the age of personalization.

To end, Glenn Llopis has previously released other non-fiction books.  The other non-fiction books are entitled; The Innovation Mentality, and, Earning Serendipity.  Additionally, he did release a press statement.  Through a press statement, Mr. Llopis said the following.  “Corporate strategies were not designed to serve the unique needs of people.  They were designed to manipulate and promote like-mindedness in people—putting people in boxes to control and limit the ways they think and perform at work.”  Glenn Llopis also said.  “In today’s age of personalization, people want to contribute on their own terms.  Corporations are threatened by that, and have responded by creating standards that neutralize personalization rather than embrace it.  That’s a zero-sum game.  Leaders tell me they have felt restricted their entire professional lives, and they want to be free to be who they are.  I wrote this book for them.”  As previously stated; Glenn Llopis recently announced that, he continues to believe that, leadership is a fundamental concept for business. Lastly, the book publishing company is, GLLG Press.
