Allison Tabor Releases a Non-Fiction Book

(San Ramon, CA) Currently and at Coppia Advisory; Allison Tabor assists chief executive officers, senior management and small business owners alike.  The goal, is arriving at a level of sustained success that, wasn’t thought to be possible.  In order to accomplish this effort; practical assessments, effective assessments and customized executive coaching are developed and deployed.  Outside of Coppia Advisory, Allison Tabor, is the Chair of the Diablo Valley Chapter of the Women Presidents’ Organization (W.P.O.).  The aforementioned organization, is a peer advisory group, in the San Francisco Bay area.  The members of this organization, are multi-million dollar entrepreneurial women.  For the most part these women hold the job title positions president, or, chief executive officer.  Recently; Allison Tabor announced that, she still has things to say, about coaching high level executives.  Specifically, the aforementioned author revealed that, she has released a non-fiction book.  The non-fiction book is entitled, Work Your Assets Off:  Stop Working so Hard in Business and in Life.  In; Work Your Assets Off:  Stop Working so Hard in Business and in Life, Ms./Mrs. Tabor teaches the reader how to grow, his or her business.

Teaching the reader how to grow his or her business, according to Allison Tabor, is made possible by the following book publishing company.  Officially, the book publishing company is, Indie Books International.  Continuing with this line of thought, the teaching lessons can be described as provocative and practical, advice.  However and fascinatingly; the overall idea of the teaching lessons, is to stop, attempting to fix one’s weaknesses.  The previously said, also includes, embracing what doesn’t work.  In other words; business owners shouldn’t work so hard, because, attempting to fix weaknesses becomes even more work.

Work Your Assets Off:  Stop Working so Hard in Business and in Life, is how Allison Tabor communicates the previous overall idea.  Therefore, instead of what was stated above, Ms./Mrs. Tabor suggests the following.  To start, the individual business owner should accept, what doesn’t work about himself or herself.  From this point; accepting becomes managing and maneuvering, through, any situation or difficulty.  Interestingly, this becomes the essence of leveraging one’s natural assets, in order, to grow the business.  Work Your Assets Off:  Stop Working so Hard in Business and in Life, continues as an elaboration of three questions that, a business owner has to ask himself or herself.  The first question is, where has my attention been going?  The second question is; am I focusing on what excites me, and, I am drawn to?  The third question is, what is in natural alignment with my talents?  The latter, is how Allison Tabor teaches the reader, how, to grow his or her business.

To end, Allison Tabor did release a press statement.  Through a press statement, Ms./Mrs. Tabor said the following.  “Most of us are uncomfortable embracing our weaknesses.  We tend to deny them, eliminate them or work on them until they are no longer considered weaknesses.  In other words, we focus on fixing what is weak.  But this method is fatally flawed.  While I too appreciate the easy access to information, it doesn’t mean that we have suddenly developed an unlimited capacity for learning.  Most of us are in constant danger of information overload.  When we focus on fixing our weaknesses, we are playing a hand we can never win.  We simply cannot be experts at everything.”  Allison Tabor also said.  “We do this by developing and leveraging our strengths.  Focusing on our strengths rather than our shortcomings will pay much greater dividends.  When I started placing my own attention on what I wanted, liked and was good at, more of those opportunities started to appear.  Perhaps some of them were there all along and went unnoticed.  Seeing opportunities through the lens of alignment was expansive.  The more aligned I was, the more gratified and effective I was; my desired results multiplied.”  As previously stated; Allison Tabor recently announced that, she still has things to say, about coaching high level executives. Lastly, the book publishing company is, Indie Books International.
