Areu Bros. Studios Launches Federal Qualified Opportunity Zones Initiative

(Atlanta, GA) During the Obama Administration, Steve Glickman, was a Senior Economic Advisor at the White House.  Additionally, he performed a similar job duty at the U.S. Department of Justice.  More recently, he is best known for being the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Develop, LLC.  Due to the latter, he is considered to be a premier expert.  The expertise is Federal Qualified Opportunity Zones.  Meanwhile, Andres W. Lopez, also worked for the Obama Administration.  Additionally, in the year 2011, he was in charge of then President Obama’s visit to Puerto Rico.  After the Obama Administration, he remained active within the Democratic Party.  For example, in the year 2012, Andres W. Lopez was the Vice Chair of the Platform Committee of the 2012 Democratic Convention.  Recently, Areu Bros. Studios announced that, it is very familiar with Steve Glickman and Andres W. Lopez.  Specifically; the aforementioned contemporary media company revealed that, it has launched, a Federal Qualified Opportunity Zones Initiative.  This initiative, attempts to be a platform for minority based creativity projects.  Leading this initiative are Steve Glickman, Andres W. Lopez, Kim Leadford and Gloria Estefan.

          Gloria Estefan, Kim Leadford, Andres W. Lopez and Steve Glickman as leaders of Areu Bros. Studios’s initiative; will be responsible for the following.  To start, Steve Glickman and Andres W. Lopez are coming from the outside.  Kim Leadford and Gloria Estefan are both in-house.  Kim Leadford is the President of Areu Bros. Studios.  Meanwhile, Gloria Estefan is an investor of Areu Bros. Studios.  Coincidentally, she is Gloria Estefan the singer; who has sold more than 100 million music albums worldwide.  As previously said, the initiative is organized as a platform.  Second; the platform is made up of entertainment, technology and real estate.  Third; it is a socially conscious program that, is meant to nurture minorities, and, women.

          However and returning to, Steve Glickman and Andres W. Lopez, the aforementioned persons are now considered to be Federal Qualified Opportunity Zones premier experts.  As such, they each have received various recognitions.  For example; Steve Glickman has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, CNN and Barron’s.  Meanwhile, Andres W. Lopez has received the following recognitions; 100 Most Influential Latinos in the United States (P.O.D.E.R.), and, the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Chairman’s Award.  Steve Glickman did release a press statement.  Through a press statement, Mr. Glickman said the following.  “Areu Bros. is unique in its approach as a Qualified Opportunity Zones platform that crosses asset classes and geographies, bringing together the creative fields, technology, and real estate to create long-term and sustainable value creation.  Their unparalleled and pioneering track record in television and film content and production speaks to the enormous potential they have to bring a serious entertainment industry to the places in America that need it most.”

          Returning to, Areu Bros. Studios’s Federal Qualified Opportunity Zones Initiative, the aforementioned focuses on the following expertise.  The expertise is finance, media and technology.  The aim of the focus, and as previously said; are minorities and women.  Specifically; Areu Bros. Studios wishes to reach out to storytellers, innovators and creators.  Areu Bros. also wishes to be able to increase the inclusion, the culture and the diversity that comes from minorities.  Then, the aforementioned business wishes to infuse it, into, the modern entertainment industry.  For this effort, the aforementioned modern media company has decided to focus on Federal Qualified Opportunity Zones in the following cities.  Atlanta, Puerto Rico, Miami and Los Angeles are the cities of focus.  Obviously, Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory and not a city.  The initiative will attempt to execute, three core verticals.  The three core verticals are entertainment, business ventures and real estate.  The core vertical entertainment; will attempt to develop feature films, television series, short form video content, music, gaming, stage plays, publishing projects and merchandising projects.  As previously said; the aforementioned vertical will be attempted with minority storytellers, innovators and creators.  The core vertical business ventures, will attempt to start technology businesses.  The core vertical real estate, is investing in real estate properties.  It is hoped that, the real estate properties are work spaces.  Through these work spaces, Areu Bros. Studios hopes that, minorities will flourish and further develop their art.
