The Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa Has Been Renovated

          The Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa’s $21 million dollar construction renovation project, was overseen by JLL, Inc.  Specifically, JLL’s Project and Development Services conducted the management, of the extensive construction renovation project.  However and returning to, the Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE:  PEB), the aforementioned is a publicly traded real estate investment trust (R.E.I.T.).  Originally founded in the year 2009, Pebblebrook’s goal was to acquire and invest in upper scale full service hotels and resorts.  The second goal; was hotels that were located in urban areas, and/or, major gateway cities of the United States of America.  Currently, it strives to be attentive to its shareholders.  Therefore, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust also pays a quarterly dividend, to its shareholders of common stock.  In order to accomplish the current goal, it focuses on sustainable streams of income.  Additionally, a conservative capital structure is implemented to help accomplish, the current pressing goal.  David Danieli is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at the Pebblebrook Hotel Trust.  Through a press statement, Mr. Danieli said the following.  “We are always looking to identify and implement ways to improve the experience of our guests.  This property is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the country and, with these improvements, we have created the premier resort in the area for locals and guests from around the world to enjoy.”

          Returning to, the extensive construction renovation project, the aforementioned and as previously said was managed by JLL, Inc.  The Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa sits on San Diego’s Mission Bay.  As part of the renovation, all 357 hotel guestrooms and suites, where comprehensively renovated.  Additionally; the hotel’s restaurant, the poolside lounge, the bayside dining options, the fitness center and the luxury full service spa where all comprehensively renovated.  Furthermore; the hotel’s conference center, the executive board rooms, the common areas and the lobby had the following work done.  New paint, new floor, new lighting, new finishes, new wall treatment, upgraded technology features and new custom furniture are the types of construction renovation work that was done; to the aforementioned areas or rooms.
