Lyte, Inc. Announces Business Partnership with Tickets.com, LLC


(San Francisco, CA) The business Tickets.com, LLC is made up of two distinct business areas.  These two business areas are; Tickets.com, and, Pro Venue.  The website, Tickets.com, is meant for fans.  Through Tickets.com, fans can search for event tickets, to a wide variety of live entertainment events.  On the other hand, Pro Venue, is a software technology platform.  Currently, it is geared to be able to provide ticket inventory, and, customer management tools.  Already, the business clients who use Pro Venue, number into the thousands.  The latter, is also for a worldwide client base.  The Pro Venue software technology platform, is set apart, by an advanced architecture.  The latter, gives business clients maximum control of branding, and, messaging.  Interestingly enough, Tickets.com, LLC is a subsidiary of MLB Advanced Media, LP.  The latter, is Major League Baseball’s interactive media and internet, business division.  At the same time, Lyte, Inc., attempts to leverage the power of computer technology, in order, to eliminate ticket scalping.  Recently, Lyte, Inc. announced that, it is very familiar with Tickets.com, LLC.  Specifically, the aforementioned business revealed that, it has entered into a business partnership with Tickets.com, LLC.  This business partnership, in other words, is an official certification of Lyte’s proprietary software ticketing technology solutions.  Post certification; Tickets.com, LLC can now process event ticket returns, and, official waitlists.
            Official waitlists and event ticket returns, which can now be processed on Tickets.com, LLC, are also meant for Ticket.com’s event venue partners.  Therefore and now, Ticket.com’s event venue partners, can also, process an online exchange of event tickets.  This new ability or feature, is hoped to, give fans a best in class event ticketing experience.  However and returning to, Lyte, Inc., the aforementioned is raved about due to its return policy.  Excitingly, Lyte, Inc. permits fans that have purchased event tickets, to return them to the official point of purchase.  Additionally, this process is a no questions asked policy.  As part of its business model, Lyte, Inc. is the proprietor of a reservation booking system.  For fans, the aforementioned, gives them a fair price for in-demand tickets.  For potential business clients, Lyte’s reservation booking system, makes them ticketing partners.  As ticketing partners; potential business clients receive access to Lyte’s event ticket inventory management technology solution, and, secondary market of event tickets.  Currently; Lyte’s ticketing partners include bands, venues, promoters, ticketers and festivals.
            Returning to, the announced business partnership, the aforementioned is in step with Lyte’s goal.  As previously said, Lyte, Inc. attempts to leverage the power of computer technology, so that, it can eliminate ticket scalping.  Ticket.com’s event venue partners, are now able to, put on live entertainment events with reduced ticket scalping.  In other words; Lyte, Inc. will be the power source for safe, legitimate and simple ticketing for Ticket.com’s event venue partners.  Additionally, the entire process, is completely automated.  However, the highlighted feature of this business partnership, is the certification.  As previously said; post certification Tickets.com, LLC can now process event ticket returns, and, official waitlists.  The event ticket returns happen, when the original or primary event ticket purchaser, can’t attend the live entertainment event.  At the same time, a fan can place himself or herself on the official waitlist.  The fan waits on the waitlist, until, an original or primary event ticket purchaser returns, his or her event ticket or tickets.  Lyte’s proprietary technology solution quickly produces a new event ticket or tickets, with new barcodes.  The waitlisted fan, and subsequently, is able to purchase the returned ticket or tickets.  For the original or primary event ticket purchaser, he or she receives a no questions asked policy, for the returned ticket or tickets.
