Cheryl E. Lee Releases a Fiction Book


(Bastrop, TX) Cheryl E. Lee is a single mother.  Her only child is a son; Nicholas.  A proud resident of Bastrop, Texas U.S.A., Ms./Mrs. Lee started her career after university in communications.  For more than 25 years, she has been there.  As a result of her stable job, Cheryl E. Lee saw the opportunity, to serve her community.  Currently, she serves her community as a Commissioner on the Bastrop Planning and Zoning Committee.  As a Commissioner, she then attempts to help grass roots organizations, advocate for social justice.  Recently; Cheryl E. Lee announced that, she has held a love story in her mind, for a long time.  Specifically, the aforementioned author revealed that, she has released a fiction book.  The fiction book is entitled, Ten Years to Life.  In; Ten Years to Life, Ms./Mrs. Lee tells the story of dating mishaps, in a funny way.
            The funny manner or way, in which Ms./Mrs. Lee’s story of dating mishaps is told, is another way of saying romantic comedy.  Interestingly, this romantic comedy is set in the State of Texas, U.S.A.  Additionally, it is made possible by the following book publishing company.  Officially, the book publishing company is, Friesen Press.  However and returning to; Cheryl E. Lee, the aforementioned author, credits her creativity to her childhood.  In fact; she frequently likes to say that, her passion for writing sprung out of her childhood love, of music and poetry.  Additionally, her passion manifested itself through the act of, writing the lyrics of a love song.  Rewriting a favorite poem, would often follow, the act of writing out lyrics.  The springing out of creative writing usually occurred, when she felt a story, as opposed to a song or poem.  Obviously, it didn’t take much time before, a love story festered in her mind.   
            Returning to; Ms./Mrs. Lee’s fiction book or novel, the aforementioned literary work, attempts to chronicle the lives of three women.  Ten Years to Life; narrates these women’s perspectives, and subsequent, approaches to dating and relationships.  From this point, Cheryl E. Lee pulls out Denise Rush’s story; in particular.  In, Ten Years to Life, Denise Rush is in love with a man named, Gerald Williams.  Interestingly; Gerald Williams lived a life of partying, months of unemployment and years of bad decisions.  However and ultimately, everything catches up to Gerald; he is sentenced to 20 years in state prison.  Denise Rush is told that, an early release due to parole, is possible in ten years.  Interestingly, Denise decides to wait for Gerald Williams.  Regrettably, the 12 year mark becomes a difficult time, for Denise Rush.  She decides to return to dating, and, she is committed to finding a new love.  To make things more interesting, Gerald Williams finishes his state prison sentence.  In other words, he is out of state prison.  Overall; Cheryl E. Lee attempts to make the previously stated for the reader a funny, intimate and sexual love story. 
            To end, Cheryl E. Lee did release a press statement.  Through a press statement, Ms./Mrs. Lee said the following.  I am part of a club of many successful single women who gather together on a Friday night for happy hour all throughout the world, drinking wine and sharing their own personal stories about how unlucky they are at finding love.  My goal was to channel the frustrations of dating into a book and turn those experiences into a funny romantic comedy that every reader can relate to.”  As previously stated; Cheryl E.
