Neue House Announces its Expansion


(Los Angeles, CA) Neue House believes that, culture moves things.  Additionally, it believes that one idea requires, a second idea.  Then; there has to be a place where ideas can manifest, grow and build up.  Therefore, as a business entity Neue House is firmly planted, as a home.  Technically; a membership based home for ideas, business connections, conversations and experiences.  For members, incidentally who pay the membership fees, Neue House is the following.  It is the cultural home for creators, innovators and thought leaders as a private workspace.  In order to make everything work it tasks into service a timeless design concept, thought provoking cultural experiences and elevated hospitality.  One of the end results, is the creation of a community.  Recently, Neue House announced that, the Neue House community is growing bigger.  Specifically, the aforementioned business revealed that, it is expanding into two new locations.  The two new locations will be in the City of Miami, and, the Venice Beach Neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles.  The latter, becomes the third location in the City of Los Angeles, California U.S.A.
            The third location in the City of Los Angeles, ultimately becomes, part of the Neue House portfolio.  The latter, and post completion of the expansion, is made up of five locations in the United States of America.  In order to bring to life the Miami location, Neue House needed to partner with Casa Tua.  Continuing with this line of thought, Casa Tua is a business entity that, has a flagship location.  The latter, is located in the City of Miami, Florida U.S.A.  As a flagship location, Casa Tua Miami is several parts.  One part is a culinary destination, a second part is a boutique hotel and a third part is a members club.  When all of the parts are combined Casa Tua, is a lifestyle brand.  This lifestyle brand offers members a unique experience, a soulful cuisine, impeccable service and amazing company.  Casa Tua was founded in the year, 2001.  Miky Grendene and Leticia Herrera-Grendene are the credited founders.  They are also husband and wife.  Both, are self professed visionaries.  In the year 2020, Casa Tua opened its first international location.  The latter, is located inside Paris’s J.K. Place Hotel. 
            Returning to, Neue House’s expansion, the aforementioned is expected to be completed late in the year 2020.  As previously said, and post completion of expansion the portfolio is made up of five locations in the United States of America.  The first three locations are Neue House Madison Square, Neue House Hollywood and Neue House Bradbury Building.  The newly announced expansion locations, Neue House Miami and Neue House Venice Beach, will use the standard membership model.  The latter, is a membership that, is based on four tiers.  The four tiers are; Gallery Membership, Atelier Membership, Studio Membership and Salon Membership.  Additionally, the announced expansion locations will have the interior designed by, Design Agency.  The latter, has its headquarters office in Toronto, Canada.  Design Agency also has offices in Barcelona Spain, and, the City of Los Angeles.  Additionally, the announced expansion is also hoped to be, a sign of good fortune.  For example, in the autumn of the year 2018, Neue House successfully raised $30 million USD in funds.
